Ordering and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided during the purchase process are accurate and complete. Additionally, you confirm that you have been pre-approved by our team at Ready. Cue. Announce!
We offer our customers convenient payment options including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Cancellation & Returns
There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. For example, if a class starts at 10 a.m. PST on Saturday, you must cancel by 10 a.m. PST the Thursday before to receive a refund. Any attempted cancellation within 48 hours of class will not be refunded.
Please email admin@readycueannounce.com for a full refund.
NOTE: We do not offer credit for cancellations. ReadyCueAnnounce.com students all undergo an approval process. Therefore, transfer of class spot is not allowed. Offering your spot up on social media is not permitted either.
Privacy
At Ready. Cue. Announce! we respect your privacy and do not sell, rent, exchange, or distribute your address, phone number, or email address to other companies. We use this information provided by you to process your order and provide order status updates and other direct communications.
ReadyCueAnnounce.com classes are recorded by the administrator to ensure safety and respect from all parties.
